J. Caliguire

For creators

You've built an audience. Let's work on a product of your own.

A 12-week, one-on-one working engagement for creators who want to turn what their audience already cares about into a physical product, with a practical launch plan and a system for inviting other creators to help it grow.

Creator to Brand with Jonathan Caliguire. $7,500. Apply to work with me.

01

Why I'm doing this

I keep meeting creators who have built something valuable: people who trust them.

They know how to make content. Some have helped other brands sell a lot of products. But when they start thinking about a brand of their own, the questions change. What should I make? Will people actually want it? How do I find the right supplier? What happens after the first launch post?

I'm the co-founder and CEO of Ritual Organics. Building our skincare brand has meant working through those questions myself, including how to bring other creators into the business as affiliates.

I'm still learning, and I don't think there's one playbook that fits everyone. What I can offer is a practical second set of eyes, a clear process, and time working together on the decisions in front of you.

02

The experience I'm bringing

  • Building Ritual Organics, a physical skincare brand sold through Shopify and TikTok Shop.
  • Recruiting affiliates through creator-facing videos, sample offers, and a Discord community.
  • Using AI and automation for content and email workflows while keeping the important decisions human.

I'll share the parts of that experience that are useful for your product, including what I would be careful about doing again. I'm not promising that your launch will look like ours.

03

What we'll work on

  1. One product worth exploring. We'll look at your audience, the questions they ask, and what they already buy. Then we'll choose one idea to test, rather than starting with an entire product line.
  2. Evidence before a big order. We'll design a practical audience test and work through what the response does and does not tell us. If the idea needs to change, we'll say so.
  3. Numbers you understand. We'll work through product costs, shipping, fees, samples, affiliate commissions, discounts, and returns so you can make a more informed decision.
  4. A launch you can prepare for. You'll have a supplier decision worksheet, a launch-readiness checklist, product-page feedback, and content and email plans built around your audience.
  5. A way to invite other creators in. We'll put together recruitment scripts, an affiliate offer, onboarding materials, a sample policy to check against current platform rules, and a simple system for following up.
  6. A useful handoff. If your product is ready, we'll work through a launch or pilot. If manufacturing or approvals need longer, you'll leave with the remaining steps, owners, and dependencies clearly written down.

04

How we'll work together

60-minute kickoff. Eleven 45-minute sessions. One shared workbook. Replies within two business days.

We'll start with a 60-minute kickoff, then meet for eleven 45-minute working sessions over the next 12 weeks. Between sessions, you can send decisions and drafts for feedback in our agreed channel. I'll respond within two business days.

We'll keep the plan, numbers, and next steps in one shared workbook. You'll do the building and make the final decisions. I'll help you think them through and keep the work focused.

This isn't a done-for-you store, a manufacturing service, or ongoing account management. We'll agree on the scope before you pay.

05

Who this is for

This is for you if you have an engaged audience, a real reason to believe they need a particular product, and the time and separate budget to build it. You do not need a certain follower count. You do need to be willing to test the idea, hear feedback, and do the work.

It's probably not the right fit if you're looking for passive income, a guaranteed sales number, or someone to run a brand for you. If you're still figuring out who your audience is, I'd rather tell you that than sell you a product-launch program too early.

06

Investment

$7,500 or three payments of $2,500

The engagement is $7,500, paid in full or in three payments of $2,500. There's no equity or revenue share.

Inventory, samples, formulation, testing, packaging, shipping, software, advertising, commissions, and professional services are separate. We'll talk through those costs before deciding whether this is sensible for you.

I don't guarantee sales, profit, platform approval, or a finished manufacturing run within 12 weeks. I do commit to the sessions, reviews, and agreed work we put in writing. You'll see the scope and terms before you decide.

Optional

Audience-to-Product Teardown

$1,500 credited in full if we start Creator to Brand within 30 days

This is a smaller step for established creators who need to decide whether an owned physical product makes sense before committing to the 12-week engagement. You do not need it to apply for Creator to Brand.

  • What you send. An audience overview, the questions people keep asking, any affiliate or product evidence you already have, up to three product ideas, and a budget range.
  • What you get. An asynchronous review, one 90-minute working session, and a short written decision memo within five business days after the session.
  • The memo covers. The strongest product hypothesis, demand and risk gaps, first-pass margin assumptions, a validation plan, and a proceed, revise, or pause recommendation.
  • What it is not. Supplier sourcing, formulation, a store build, guaranteed market validation, or ongoing chat support.

If we both agree to start Creator to Brand within 30 days, the full $1,500 is credited toward the engagement. The total stays $7,500, not $9,000. There is no pressure to upgrade.

Tell me what you're thinking about building

Share a little about your audience, the product you're considering, and what feels unclear. I'll review it, and if there seems to be a fit, we'll have a conversation. You won't need to pay to apply.

I'll review your answers. If I think I can help, we'll talk through fit, the work involved, and the costs. If we decide to work together, I'll send the scope and agreement before payment.

Answer the questions here and your email app will open with them filled in. You can also email me your answers at jon@eyelightscreative.com. Subject line: Creator to Brand application. This page does not store what you write.
